The practice of improv can make you more spontaneous, more present, and more open to life’s unpredictability.  In this class, you'll learn how to use improvisation and theatre skills to spark a life-altering shift in mindset. There will be plenty of laughter and friendship along the way. The idea of learning improv is a bold step already; fortunately Marilyn is a master at creating fun, safe spaces where it's OK to let go of self-criticism and simply be present in play.

Are you ready to discover a bolder version of yourself? You'll have fun doing it.

Week One: EXPLORING SPONTANEITY - How to let go

Week Two: BEING PRESENT + MINDFUL - How to be present + aware

Week Three: RISKS - How to surrender your plans + take risks

Week Four: SURRENDERING YOUR PLANS - Train your inner critic to make room for your creativity

What previous students have to say about Improv for Transformation:

"I got all of the things I was seeking from the course and so much more. Marilyn's teachings have given me unexpected tools for combating my self criticism, for being more mindful, and for being able to flip my outlook on a situation to be more optimistic."

"This is something that would be impossible to get from the internet or book because it involves engaging and interacting with other people. It was better than I ever expected. I signed up to try something new and have fun. And I did! Marilyn creates such a positive space!"

"I loved the class! I am still terrified to go out in front of others and interact creatively, but in a sense this makes me want to try it again so I can build up my 'muscles' in this area."
